Mary Parker Fallett


Mary Parker Fallett is my favorite person in administration, she was born in 1868 in Massachusetts, United State and died in 1933 in Boston, United State at the age of 63. She lived in England and Unite States.

In September 1885 she enrrolled in Anna Ticknor´s Society to Encourage studies at home. In 1898 she graduated from Radcliffe Collage in Cambrige.
She was a social worker, managment consultant and pioneer in areas such organizational theory and organizational behaviour and she was invited to give a speech at the London School Economics, she was advisor to president Theodoro Rooselvelt, also she was author of several books, essays, articles and speeches of Democracy , human relations, organizational behavioural and conflict resolution. among the great important works was ´´The Speaker of the house of Representatives``(1896),´´The New State``(1918), ´´Creative Experience``(1918) and ´´Dynamic Administration`` (1941).

Well I like this person because I believe that she was an important woman and gave important elements of development in both administrative and organizational aspect of this group. a topic not previously considered within the administrative field, so we know
